The quality was just as explained and we were very satisfied.
It's very well made but lacks space in the cooler area. The one I replaced it with was shaped more like a rectangle. The top flap opened completely and provided greater access and held more.
I used the packpack for 2 one day and it was a bad experence. I put some ice in the backpacks plastic liner and in 20min the backpack was leaking in my car with water all over the floor, I would not buy it again.
